It was worth its 4 stars. A microwave, a refrigerator and kitchenware were in the queen room. Ordered diner at their on-site restaurant Taziker's.
Beds were a bit hard.

nice place to stay in port hardy, no complaints. a port was just around the corner. we appreciated the bed, which was nice.
